From a young age, Lewis realized he had a mission to serve and inspire others. His goal as a composer is to help people of all faiths experience the healing balm of love through devotional music.

David's music is in the tradition of mystical sacred music and sacred melodies. Emperors and sages in ancient cultures perceived earthly music as an echo of cosmic music. If earthly sounds reflect divine laws, then they have the power to ease pain and suffering, and promote health and healing.

Cosmology and musical theory were based on parallel principles, which governed the design and making of musical instruments, composing and performing, and the attitude of the listener. Humanity, rightly tuned, could sing in consort with the stars in a quest for universal harmony.
